Order Minimum is $350 USD for first order. No order minimum thereafter.
Shipping. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance on all orders. Original Hardware does not mark up these services. We send all of our orders via USPS Priority Mail with insurance. Our shipping costs are generally as follows:
- $1.00 - $499.00 : $12.00
- $500.00 - $799.00 : $15.00
- $800.00 - $999.00 : $19.00
- $1,000.00 - $1,499.00 : $23.00
- $1,500 and up : $26.00
Ship times: Orders placed with an ASAP request are typically shipped within two to three weeks. If you need orders to be expedited further, please send us an email us at wholesale@originalhardware.com or call the studio (720) 476-7951. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!
Repairs. Original Hardware prides itself on high-quality jewelry designs, so naturally we want to know if an item reaches you in a damaged condition. We love our buyers and we stand by our work! Original Hardware will happily provide a repair or replacement should a piece find its way to you damaged. We typically send repairs back at no charge to you; but if there is extenuating circumstances, we will let you know if there are any associated charges before any work is performed. Repairs typically take about 2 weeks to complete, but it can take longer depending on our production and other schedules. Please send an email to wholesale@originalhardware.com to alert us to the issue and we’ll forward you the proper form to include with your return.
Pricing on our wholesale web site is valid through June 30, 2018. We reserve the right to increase pricing at any time, but Original Hardware is very communicative about such news—so we guarantee you will be the first to know!

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Original Hardware. Original Hardware does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the Original Hardware website.
